Canada slaps sanctions against Central Bank Chairwoman Nabiullina

WASHINGTON, Apr 19 (PRIME) -- Canada has introduced sanctions against Russia’s Central Bank Chairwoman Elvira Nabiullina, as seen by PRIME at the state government’s website on Tuesday.

The list of sanctions also covers founder and co-owner of Safmar Group companies, including RussNeft and Neftisa, Mikhail Gutseriyev, Alfa-Bank co-owners Pyotr Aven and Mikhail Fridman, and relatives of President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
